Sean practices primarily in the areas of family law and criminal defense. Sean was raised in a military family and spent the early portions of his life moving from state to state every few years before ultimately settling in Idaho.
Sean attended Boise State University where he received his English Degree cum laude with an emphasis in writing. Sean was later accepted into the University of Idaho College of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2021. While attending the College of Law, Sean was awarded for writing one of two best briefs in the 2019 annual McNichols Moot Court Competition, received a CALI Excellence Award in Advanced Legal Research, and made the Dean’s List every qualifying semester. Sean also accepted two legal externships working in the Ada County Public Defender’s Office, and Canyon County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office where he worked under a limited license.
After graduation from the College of Law, Sean accepted a position as a Deputy District Attorney in the 4th Judicial District of Colorado, located in Colorado Springs. As a criminal prosecutor, Sean handled a misdemeanor docket of over 1,200 cases simultaneously where he gained invaluable courtroom and trial experience. Sean later assumed a felony case load and worked intimately with law enforcement, detectives, and victims in the prosecution of serious crime.
Thereafter, Sean took a position as an Assistant County Attorney where he represented the El Paso County Department of Human Services in Dependency and Neglect cases. In this role, Sean provided legal advice to the Department, conducted ongoing training to the Department as a whole, and represented social workers in court in child protection actions brought by the State. As a result, Sean is knowledgeable in matters concerning paternity, parental rights, terminations, custody, and the best interests of the child.
While living in Colorado Springs, Sean’s hometown sweetheart and wife, Irena, brought a beautiful baby boy into the world. Soon after, it became clear to them both that their hometown of Boise was always the best place to raise a family, and they made swift plans to return.
As an Associate Attorney with Hardee, Pinol & Kracke, Sean brings with him extensive litigation and courtroom experience translating seamlessly into all areas of Family Law. Sean brings a calm, confident, and methodical approach to litigation while not shying away from the difficult battles. Sean’s goal is to win outside of court through excellent legal research and writing, supplemented with zealous advocacy in the courtroom.
