Richard Piñol is an experienced Boise family law attorney who represents individuals and families in divorce, child custody, and other family law matters throughout Idaho. As a partner at Hardee, Piñol & Kracke, PLLC, Richard provides clients with strong advocacy, practical guidance, and a clear path forward during some of life’s most challenging transitions.
Richard is originally from Las Vegas, Nevada, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2016, with an emphasis in Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Richard is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of Idaho, as well as the United States District Court and Bankruptcy Court for the District of Idaho.
