Graham Simmons is distinguished by his passion for writing, commitment to community engagement, and dedication to his legal practice. Graham earned his bachelor’s degree in English with a writing emphasis from Boise State University. During his undergraduate years, Graham cultivated a strong foundation in research, writing, and critical analysis that provided the foundation for his future legal studies. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from University of San Diego’s School of Law. During law school, his academic achievements earned him the Law School Honor Scholarship and a position as an academic journalist for the Law Review: Journal of Climate and Energy. Graham was admitted to the California Bar in 2023. Graham began his career as an attorney in insurance defense litigation. He primarily handled cases related to personal injury and transportation law, and in 2025 was recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in 2026 for his professional excellence in those areas of expertise. After three years of practice in insurance defense, Graham decided to apply his litigation skills to Family Law, a practice area directly suited for impacting individuals and his community. Graham brings extensive litigation and courtroom experience that translate seamlessly into all areas of Family Law.
