Danielle Scarlette-Hardee
Experience
Danielle is a fourth-generation Idahoan. She has been practicing law for more than 25 years and has dedicated over 15 years of her career to family law.
She began her legal career at the Canyon County Prosecutor’s Office. In 2007, after the birth of her younger daughter, she opened her own law practice in Nampa, Idaho where she represented clients in a variety of family law matters. She later closed her practice in 2022 and spent several years working with the State Public Defender’s Office representing juvenile clients and advocating for youth in the court system.
In January 2026, she returned to family law when the opportunity arose to join Hardee, Piñol & Kracke, PLLC, working alongside her husband, Greg. Throughout her career, she has worked extensively with children and families through family law matters, Child Protection Act cases, guardian ad litem appointments, and juvenile defense.
Danielle is known for her compassionate and empathetic approach to representing families during difficult times. In custody matters, her goal is to help clients navigate the legal process efficiently and fairly so they can move forward, establish their new normal, and focus on their lives outside of the courtroom.
