
Courtney Diehl
Experience
Courtney Diehl is an associate attorney at Hardee, Piñol & Kracke, PLLC, with deep Idaho roots and a longstanding passion for advocating for others. Born and raised in Boise, she discovered her calling to serve others through volunteer work with children with disabilities, working closely with CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) during college, and later as a Guardian ad Litem with Family Advocates during law school. Courtney earned her bachelor’s degree from Washington State University where she double majored in Psychology and Political Science with a Pre-Law emphasis in 2019. She then received her JD from University of Idaho College of Law in 2025. Courtney began her legal career at an employment law firm, before moving to family law during her second year of law school. She has gained valuable experience to hit the ground running and combines her legal skills with compassion to help individuals and families through some of life’s most challenging transitions. Courtney is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of Idaho, as well as the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the District of Idaho.
